The Opportunity
Our client is looking to hire a junior associate to join their team in Singapore, who is keen to work on a mix of cross-border corporate M&A, a range of finance work (including project finance, leveraged finance as well as general banking and finance work) and restructuring and insolvency matters throughout Asia. Ranked Band 1 across multiple practice areas, they are well known for representing clients on the most complex and innovative cross-border transactions across an array of sectors. This is a great opportunity for a junior associate to work closely with leading and very experienced practitioners.
The firm's well-respected clientele include financial institutions, investors and MNCs across a broad range of sectors.
Candidate Requirements

• Strong corporate / finance experience from a top tier firm is essential.
• Ideally 1-3 PQE and qualified in the US, England and Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions. Dual qualified candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Training or working experience in London or the US would be an advantage.
• Excellent academics.
