Job Description
:This Wall Street firm represents major financial institutions and corporations, handling a broad range of finance-related transactions, including loans and leverage financing, fixed income-related matters, debt capital markets and convertible bonds, securitizations and other structured finance matters, derivatives, debt and equity structured products, distressed debt, restructurings and regulatory work.
- Candidates should have experience in banking and general leveraged finance at a top tier firm
- Candidates should be admitted in Hong Kong.
- The associate will be based in Hong Kong permanently
- No Asian language skills are required
- Candidates will be relocated for this role
