Our innovative client based in Singapore and Dubai seeks a Wallet Security Engineer, to be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of wallet infrastructure and security mechanisms to safeguard digital assets belonging to both the company and its customers. This job can be remote and our client is offering either a freelance consultancy or permanent role.
For this role you will need to have gained 3 to 7 years experience in cybersecurity, preferably in crypto or fintech, with strong knowledge of cryptographic primitives (e.g., ECDSA, Schnorr, Shamir's Secret Sharing).
Experience with HSMs, MPC, TSS, and other key management technologies, and familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana is a key requirement. An understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities (for DEXs), and experience with cloud security, container security, and CI/CD pipelines will be essential. You will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, blockchain engineers, compliance, and legal teams, as well as liaise with external vendors, wallet providers, and audit firms.
Proficiency in Go, Rust, Python, or Solidity is a plus; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CEH) are advantageous.
