Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and care plan for residents/patients
- Regular inpatient ward duties
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs taking
- Assist in chaperone duties when needed
- Take inventory
- Generate reports as needed
- Bedside nursing & ADL duties (HCA)
- Min. Nitec, Diploma and above in Nursing
- Min. 1-2 years prior nursing experience preferred
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board & BCLS certification
- Recognised Healthcare Assistant certificate / prior related working experience as HCA
- Perm opening available as well
