: Managing the full spectrum of office administration function, including building, reception, pantry and security. Responsible for the full spectrum of office and building facilities to provide general care, maintenance and services for the upkeep to achieve best office and building environment and all facilities at the most suitable level Responsible for tenancy agreements and renewals Custodian of IT assets of the Company and co-ordinate with outsourced IT contractor on IT matters for staff and Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers Manage the onboarding / offboarding process for all staff and work-desk and office access card allocation Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.Qualifications & skills Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Proficient in MS Office 3 years of experience in office administration with a good understanding of office management processes Able to multi task and take on additional job scope as need arise Organise and meticulous in details Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-starter with initiatives and drive to get things done 5.5 days work weekJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per monthSchedule:
