Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Release export delivery orders for export shipment using in-house program.
- Perform export packing list and invoice for consumable products.
- Contact forwarders, carriers for container booking and confirmation.
- Perform import receiving using in-house program.
- Assist supervisor in preparing import and export report.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing & typing etc.
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Levels.
- No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
- Able to work in fast and dynamic environment.
- Good attitude and willing to take up new responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC!
- Basic Salary Up to $2,000!
- Entitle to AWS and Performance Bonus!
- 5 Days Work Week!
- Working Location: Tuas!
- Islandwide Company Transportation Provided!
