Job Scope:
Accurately input warehouse operations data into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system and maintain up-to-date records daily.
Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with all customers to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are scheduled and delivered on time.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with monthly or yearly inventory counts.
Maintain proper documentation of warehouse records, as well as equipment servicing records.
Organize daily pick, pack, and transportation arrangements.
Complete any other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement:
Prefer candidate with relevant working experience in warehouse industry
Candidate without relevant experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided
Literate in using Microsoft office
Experience in WMS system is preferred
Can commit to work overtime; overtime payable
