Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Distributor
- Position Title: Warehouse Operation Coordinator
- Working Location: West - Tuas (Company bus provided at CCK, Boon Lay, Pioneer)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Main coordinator between Warehouse & Sales Coordinator from the print & issue of DO to Warehouse for Picking & Packing.
- Consolidate & check all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries, and submit them to Finance.
- Support in month-end stock take and stock replenishment.
- Receive daily orders from sales coordinators and sorted according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper arrangement and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and updates.
- Report and manage discrepancies in inventory.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Min. N level
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus
