Job Description

Job scope and responsibilities:

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Completes deliveries to Customers.

• Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination

• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor

• Liase with Logistic Company inbound and outbound shipment to ensure all document are submitted to Custom for Tax declaration purpose

• Monitor stock movement and replenishment

• Arrange dispatch of products and/or product information to clients

• Manage and reduce obsolete and current stock holdings

• Handle shipping matters, enquires and complaint

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when needed
  

• Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent with few years of relevant working experience in order processing/Shipping/Customer Service

• Good computer skills, including data entry programs and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good team player and able to work independently

• Effectively bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

• Able to cope in a fast-paced environment and ever changing priorities

• Experience in logistic operation flow, pick, pack, label and ship etc

• Can start immediate or within short notice
  

• Working hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9am to 6pm)
