QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor graduate of any 4-yr course- With minimum of 2yrs related work experience- Can start immediately(A brief but complete statement about the reason for the existence of the Position)1. Ensures that all activities inside and outside the warehouse premises that concern the warehouse operations are done properly such as preparation and filing of documents, receiving stocks, packing orders, shipping, deliveries, conduct of inventories, and supervising warehouse personnel.2. Responds to customer inquiries and refers clients to proper channels.3. Ensures that the quality of all services conform to prescribed operating procedures and adhere to the standards of the company.4. Double-checks freight costs, transportation rates and reimbursements of warehouse personnel to ensure proper utilization of company resources.5. Ensures vehicles are registered on time and properly maintained.6. Oversees safety and security of warehouse and company assets.7. Ensures that inventory count is conducted weekly, monthly and annually and that actual inventory matches with system inventory.8. Provides timely feedback/reports to the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.9. Actively supports employee programs and services.10. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php11,700.00 - Php12,000.00 per monthBenefits:
