Responsibilities :

• Manage and safeguard spare parts in storerooms.
• Sort, pick, and pack spare parts daily.
• Assist with supply chain operations (e.g., part exchanges, distribution).
• Verify incoming and outgoing spare parts against documents.
• Inspect and test spare parts for quality.
• Prepare and manage documentation (e.g., handover forms, reports).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in storerooms.
• Conduct periodic stocktaking for inventory accuracy.
• Print and apply asset labels to spare parts.
• Configure spare parts for readiness.
• Track parts movement and update the maintenance management system.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Able to commit on Weekends and PH
• Basic computer skill & knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.
• Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
