Job Description

Responsibilities:

Driving Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect goods, materials, or documents between company sites, customers, and suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedule. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (e.g. fuel, oil, tyre pressure, lights) and report any defects or accidents immediately. Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle at all times.

Warehouse Duties

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery based on delivery notes. Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (e.g. trolley, pallet jack, orklift if certified). Maintain proper inventory records and ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized. Support stock-taking and other warehouse operations when required. Documentation & Reporting Verify and ensure accuracy of delivery orders, invoices, and related documents. Obtain customer acknowledgment for deliveries and update records accordingly. Maintain daily delivery logs and report to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

Comply with all traffic, safety, and warehouse regulations. Follow company operational and security procedures. Use appropriate safety equipment and adhere to proper lifting techniques.

Requirements

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in driving or warehouse operations preferred. Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities. Basic communication and reading skills in English. * Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
