• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Wholesale & Distribution (FMCG)
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant (Forklift Driver)
• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, AM/ PM shift
• Salary Package: Basic up to $2,300 + Incentive + Skill Allowance + Meal Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them in assigned places
• Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Relocate final picked and unloaded goods ensuring efficient use of limited space and the ability to isolate segregated products neatly

• Basic computer skills
• Must have a valid forklift license
• Able to commit overtime per business requirement
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Familiar with and follow all safety requirements
• Able and willing to follow inventory management instructions
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting
• Training will be provided for candidate without VNA experience
