to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Support daily warehouse tasks including receiving, measuring, weighing, picking, labelling, sorting, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
Handle customer requests for order fulfilment, including picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching goods.
Perform container stuffing and unstuffing as well as loading and unloading cargo.
Inventory & Quality Control
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on all incoming shipments.
Identify and report any product defects or damages promptly.
Ensure cargo is accurately recorded and stored in the correct locations.
Perform periodic stock take, cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Use WMS (or equivalent systems) to manage inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, and material handling.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data within the WMS.
Extract inventory data to respond to customer inquiries and assist in inventory analysis and reporting.
Equipment Operation & Safety
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack, barcode scanners, and mobile WMS devices.
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures when handling goods and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas.
Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping of tools and equipment.
Team Collaboration
Assist other warehouse team members as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Min GCE "N" or "O" level.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Valid Forklift License and able to operate pallet jack

Possess some knowledge of warehouse software packages (WMS) and able to do some simple data entry using MS Office 365 and Excel
