Salary from $1700 onwards + OT

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 2pm

Location: Loyang / Changi

JOB SCOPE

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Handling and sorting physical shipping cartons.
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage finished product for loading.
• Picking or put away stock to/from storage bins / Move raw materials to warehouse storage.
• Load finished product onto truck. Unload raw materials from truck. Drive Forklift/reach trucks in order to pick up incoming stock or to deliver parts to designated locations.
• Verify physical stock receipt versus receiving documents. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
• Perform cycle count activities
• Ensure all inbound and outbound documents are complete for audit
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is accepted in.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, cold storage or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate forklift, trucks, pallet jack, warehouse equipment.
• Complete daily logs.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Warehouse Supervisors.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Willing to work long hours & able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
