• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
• Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, and regularly summarise and categorise delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.
• Follow up on maintenance orders, organize and file documents, manage inventory, and perform regular counts.
• Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal issues, and enhance work efficiency.
• Manage 6S on-site and assist the supervisor when needed.

• NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse operations, proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, strong integrity, attention to detail, strong professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
