Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and support inventory control measures Ensure proper handling of goods, including temperature-controlled items (if applicable) Implement and uphold workplace safety and health standards in the warehouse Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth logistics operations Prepare operational reports and highlight improvement areas to management Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality

Job Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory exposure Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) will be an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively * Forklift license will be a plus
