6 months contract renewable with chance of conversion to perm Working hours:

Job Scope:

Assist efficient operations of LM tool crib.
Ensure all equipment/tool are send out for calibration or repair and update accordingly after equipment/tool are calibrated and repaired.
Assist replenishing damaged or lost equipment/tool.
Ensure all loaned equipment/tool and vehicle are clean and serviceable before accepting.
Ensure transfer of loan equipment/tool and vehicle required for transition of shifts.
Ensure POL cabinets/fridge are well maintained and locked at all times.
Issue and receive equipment/tools and vehicles.
Download outstanding tool report before shift end and update Duty Manager.
Ensure LM tool crib is clean and tidy.
Maintain serviceability of all LM work stands.
Ensure Missing/Lost Items Report form are submitted for administration and filing.
Fully conversant on tool management system.
Ad-hoc ferry service of Maintenance Staff and storekeeper
other duties as assigned by Tool Crib Supervisor
