Responsibilities:

Perform daily logistics operations including receiving goods, visual inspection, picking and packing, inventory control, and storage in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g., transporters, suppliers, customer service teams) to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Organize and maintain warehouse stock by properly unboxing, labeling, and storing goods in their designated locations. Maintain accurate stock records, update the system promptly, and report any discrepancies, stock re-locations, or missing cargo to Customer Service/Superior. Handle shipping operations, including loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient movement of items. Ensure that all stocks are accurately recorded in the system, including item quantities, batch details, and storage locations. Perform accurate picking and packing, ensuring correct weight, cargo dimensions, and documentation before shipment. Ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating closely with internal teams. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and tidiness, ensuring equipment is kept in good working condition. Always comply with warehouse safety standards and procedures to prevent personal injuries, accidents, and property damage.
Requirements:

40 years old or below,Minimum Secondary / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent working experience). Mandarin-speaking,Preferably 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience; entry-level candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply. Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting and warehouse activities. Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, trolley); forklift license will be an advantage. Basic computer literacy, with the ability to update stock records in warehouse systems. Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external parties. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to follow safety procedures and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
