Warehouse Assistant (production)
Job Description
Complete the management of goods in, out of the warehouse, storage, etc., establish an effective ledger, ensure the safety and effectiveness of inventory materials, and achieve the goal of inventory management.
Responsible for the quality inspection of incoming and outgoing goods, commodity stacking, etc.
Check the receipt voucher of the goods, count the incoming goods, and handle the handover procedures with the delivery man.
Arrange the storage location of the goods, register the custody account and the location number.
Adjust and control the inventory quantity according to the sales situation and timely distribute the goods.
Fill in and submit various commodity documents, regularly inventory commodities, and submit inventory reports.
Implement the safety management of the warehouse.
Responsible for the management of packaging auxiliary materials to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
Complete the packaging of materials and finished products, notify sales personnel of packaging information, obtain shipping information in a timely manner, and complete shipping tasks.
Assist the production line with some auxiliary tasks, such as cutting cables, printing labels, heat-shrink tubing, etc.
Perform other temporary duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirement:
ITE Graduate or GCE 'O' Level with 2 years in a manufacturing experience or equivalent Preference will be given to candidates with experience in warehouse management of electronic or RF products Preference will be given to candidates with experience in RF and microwave cable assembly Other relevant work experience will also be considered Good working attitude Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/partners Requirement to work closely with colleagues from different countries Self-motivated & goal oriented Work in a team environment and interface with all levels within the organization Cultural Sensitivity * Willing to work overtime if needed
