Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Order Accuracy

- Ensure high picking, packing, and outbound checking accuracy (for both deliveries and self-collection orders) to minimize errors and customer complaints.

Timeliness

- Complete receiving, storage, picking, checking, and dispatch tasks within the required timelines.

Inventory Control

- Handle stock properly, ensure correct rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and promptly report discrepancies.

Outbound Checking

- Verify and confirm all outbound goods against delivery orders/self-collection slips before release.

Safety & Hygiene Compliance

- Follow warehouse safety rules, food safety, and hygiene standards for frozen, chilled, and dry goods.

Equipment Handling

- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and responsibly.

Housekeeping

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas

every day without fail

To be successful, you will have:

Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply as long as willing to learn. * PC literate so as to use barcode handheld scanner to release goods.
