Warehouse Assistant
Job Description
- Carry out daily operations of the warehouse activities. Coordinate logistic operations.- Issue of Custom document and logistic shipment handling- In-charge of the warehouse, stock taking, packing and deliveries/collection (loading and unloading).- Check and conduct a proper handling, taking over for all inbound and outbound stocks, including stock returns, daily deliveries and export shipment.- Receive and inspect all incoming stocks as per delivery order and reconcile with purchase orders.- Report, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received.- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, stock takes and audit.- Work closely with others department to ensure smooth flow of operations.- Ensure good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of workplace.- Issue DO and Invoice for Outbound Delivery- Other related duties as assign.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
