The individual will assist to ensure smooth daily war We are looking for an organized and responsible team player to join us as a Storekeeper/Warehouse Assistant to work in our new expanded warehouse. The individual will assist to ensure smooth daily warehouse activities including replenishing of stocks & laminate collaterals samples perform proper record-keeping, control of stock movement, safe practices and orderliness of the warehouse. Responsibilities: Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control Unstuffing of shipment/container/ unloading of crate, pallet or carton box Inspect incoming goods shipment for damage or discrepancies Report any product damages to Supply Chain department, take photos and document, move to designated stocking location Packing for Local and Export customer orders Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the forklift Working closely with contractors for office/warehouse repairs and/or renovations Any other duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Class 3 or forklift license is preferred Basic excel skill preferred (training will be provided) Able to load and unload goods up to 25kg Process with good initiative, responsible and can-do working attitude Able to work independently with least minimum supervision Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm Working Location: Catalyste Warehouse JTC Trendspace (Furniture Hub) 5 Sungei Kadut Street 2, #02-04, Singapore 729227 Interested applications, please send in CV to
