Job Responsibilities:-
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities
- Issue necessary documents
- Conduct stock count on daily basis
- Make a daily report \xe2\x80\x93 inbound/outbound plan and inventory
- Communicate with agents, customers & internal counterparts to plan inbound/outbound & arrange warehouse operation
- Ensure warehouse operations carried out efficiently according to SOP and comply with safety standard and guideline
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior
- Able to manage ad-hoc manpower
Job Requirements:- . At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
. Preferably well-versed experience in warehouse operations
. Able to work under pressure
. Quick thinking and able to adjust to sudden situations on the ground
. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and able to operate basic web-based applications . Able to operate mobile applications on android platform
. A team player
