Job Description

Our client is a reputable MNC and dealing with Trailer Truck Equipment & Parts.

As the Store Assistant, you will be responsible for warehouse activities including pick-n-pack goods to fulfill customer orders, ensure correct goods packed according to delivery orders. Coordinate with drivers for deliveries and loading goods onto vehicle. Perform receiving, checking, organizing stores, packing of items for delivery and overseas shipment. Assist Store Supervisor in the upkeep of warehouse and keep proper inventory record. Work as a team to process orders daily and to upkeep cleanliness of the warehouse premises.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing stock keeping
• Conduct quantity and visual quality check on incoming goods
• Pack and label items correctly
• Ensure proper allocation of parts to warehouse racks
• Ensure inventory in store is accurate at all times
• Perform monthly stock check and generate report
• Load and unload goods from container
• Assist in maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklift, lift truck, and reporting any malfunction of equipment
• In-charge of preparing goods for delivery
• Able to work independently

Requirements:

• N Level or ITE certificate
• Related working experience in store/ warehouse environment
• Maintaining store, receiving materials, and delivery of finished goods
• Physically able to carry out the warehouse tasks
• Possess forklift license (PSA approved) 3-5 ton level
• Basic computer skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
