Job Description

& Requirements

Report to Admin Team, responsible for the efficient operation of the Parts Warehouse to meet the needs of the Service Department for parts requirements.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the warehouse

Ensure that every item in the warehouse is accounted for and is correctly binned

Attend to the parts enquiry and requisition of the Service Department

Source for unavailable parts and follow up on outstanding order

Report on VOR cases and parts lost sales

Ensure all parts returned are in good condition before acceptance

Plan work schedule for maintenance, unpacking, binning, delivery and receipt of goods

Submit claims on any discrepancy or damage of parts

Carry out stock reconciliation and prepare for stock adjustment

Perform any other duties as instructed by the Superior

Qualification Requirements

Minimum qualification: Secondary

Medically fit to carry heavy automotive (trucks) components

Skill Requirements

Basic Communication skills in English verbally and in writing; other languages will be an added advantage

Preferable candidate with valid Class 3 License

Preferable candidate with valid Forklift License

Automotive working background to be avoided

Willing to work in Tuas area

Identity to work without a sponsor (if no, we need to apply pass) (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month
