Job Description

:

• Working Venue: Benoi
• Basic salary: up to $2,000 + OT + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alt Sat) - Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Alt Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm
• MUST have forklift license

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse.
• Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers requirements.
• Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation.
• Periodic inventory cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate recording on the paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and any inventory transactions.
• Operating warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks).
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members.
• Assisting in training programs (OJT) for new hires.
• Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges.
• Encourage the reporting of safety hazards and participate in safety training initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary School education, N or O level.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions / positions.
• Valid forklift license is needed
• Able to operate RF scanner.
• Able to operate the forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks) is preferred.
