Job Description

Responsibilities: Employee will perform 1 or 2 of below activities:
Shipping
Daily outbound shipment packing is to be completed accurately and timely in order for forwarders collection.
Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system- Backup when necessary
Part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system \xe2\x80\x93 Backup when necessary
Put away Put away (Daily,Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system)
Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
Part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system \xe2\x80\x93 Backup when necessary
Receiving and Shipping - Backup when necessary
Parts Issuance
Daily part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system
Daily replenishment of raw materials / Parts in warehouse ( Bin to Bin ) and perform system transaction into SAP system
Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system- Backup when necessary
Receiving
Receiving ( Daily, ensure that receiving of raw material is counted timely and update to SAP system within 24 hours from time of acceptance from suppliers)
Put away (Daily, Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system)
Housekeeping (Daily)
Stock counting and Part issuance \xe2\x80\x93 Backup when necessary Qualifications:

• At least Secondary / ITE education
• 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in warehouse operations preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operation.
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic computer and communication skills.
