Main Objective:

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, sampling, staging, storing, issuing, shipping, cycle counting, pack-out, and documentation. Also responsible for managing consignment products, daily logistics, and performing

standby duties

when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Receive and handle materials per safety and environmental standards. Stage and issue materials based on delivery lists; update SAP and maintain records. Perform pack-out tasks, maintain cleanliness, and monitor environmental conditions. Complete delivery documentation accurately. Assign storage locations for new products. Conduct regular cycle counts and quarterly stocktakes; address discrepancies.

Loan Management

Inspect and process returned loaner sets (instruments, implants, consumables). Replace near-expiry items and update system records for missing/damaged components. Additional Duties : other tasks may be assigned by management as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Familiarity with GDPMDS preferred. Experience with medical device loaners and working in medical/FMCG environments. 3PL experience is a plus.

Skills and Requirements.

Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. Customer-focused with good communication and teamwork skills. Organized, able to work under pressure, and flexible with working hours. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Familiar with 5S methodology.
