Job Description

Main Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Support

Assist in daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock monitoring. Help optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization

2. Order Fulfillment and Processing

Pick and Pack orders according to needs Ensure Timely Dispatch Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics
teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliveries

3. Inventory Management

Track product movement and ensure proper documentation. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation.

4.Warehouse Safety and Compliance

5. Warehouse and Equipment Maintenance

Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including the proper storage of goods and disposal
of waste materials.

6. Reporting and Documentation- insert records into relevant systems as needed

7. Quality Control and Inspection

Inspect Incoming and Outgoing Products Address Damaged Goods

8.General Company Support (30%)

Assist with facility maintenance, including repairs and troubleshooting. Help with office or shop setups, moving equipment and other operational tasks. Support teams with general logistics requests, ensuring smooth company operations.

Professional Experience

Minimum 2 years in a similar position Experience in similar industry - advantage Inventory count and follow up Work experience with delivery companies and shipments of goods Facility management operations /handyman Knowledge of warehouse/inventory IT systems - advantage

Education

PC skills - good command of outlook and excel Relevant course/certification in logistics and warehouse - advantage

Language

English very good command Mandarin - substantial advantage
