Job Description


Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible to control the import/export movements, maintaining all warehouse inventory and records and also managing and controlling loading and unloading of the Company vehicles.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1) Manage and control loading and unloading of the Air Liquide vehicles

-Monitor movement of goods received (In/Out) at time of deliveries according to Company SOP.
-Ensure delivery/collection are accurately documented at all times.
-Raise Complaint Form when required.
-Liaise with Packaged Gas Logistics & CSU department on product availability issues and IFT movement of cylinders.

2) Control Import/ Export Movements

-Provide direction assistance to export trailers drivers
-Ensure loading and unloading of cylinders, pallets is done safely

-Check the shipment and validate the date according to the CIPL/ DO. Report to Supervisor if found any discrepancies.
-Traceability system when applicable

- Process all Import & Export shipment within the given lead time

3) Maintain all warehouse inventory and records

-Perform daily stock count to ensure sufficient stock holding and report to Supervisor if the stock level is depleted compared to the opti stock level. -Execute quarterly global inventories and consolidate findings. -Gather and document all stock counts, update in system. -Communicate reports accordingly to Supervisor/ Asset Manager.

4) Handle Customer Owned Property (COP) cylinder requirements

-Assist customer in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
-Ensure Delivery Order is complete, with accurate information.
-Raise Testing Shop Order (TSO) when necessary.
-Communicate customer requirements with Production.
-Liaise with Packaged Gas Support to update status to customers.

5) Housekeeping

-Perform weekly housekeeping to keep the environment safe and clean.
-Arrange efficient transportation and storage of goods at the plant (dedicated storage area) using First In, First Out (FIFO) methodology

Are you a MATCH?

Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Team player with positive mindset

Possess forklift license will be an added advantage
