Job Description
Responsibilities: * Assume ownership on assigned tasks -Able to perform competently with Minimal or no supervision
- Act as the company's designated Dangerous Goods Inspector and Store Inspector
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders on shipments to be received or despatched
- Ensure packing of shipments are performed correctly and safely including completeness of paperwork
- Ensure completion of work tasks (Material Issuances, Receipts and Shipments) for month end closure activities
- Ensure picking of parts are performed accurately and Parts are binned accurately to its assigned storage location
- Ensure Parts are binned accurately to its assigned storage location
- Identify and escalate issues with damage to materials received, incorrect certification received and the like to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in annual/cycle stock counts and ensure adherence to company process
- Perform Goods receiving, Inspection and Processing of Goods Receipt in the company's system
- Participate in Regulatory or Financial Audits as required
- Any other duties assigned by Superior
- 3 years of experience in Handling Aerospace Materials preferred, Candidates with lesser experience or Fresh Graduates may be considered if deemed suitable for the role as a Warehouse Assistant
- Dangerous Goods Handling certification is a plus
