Our client is a Global contract logistics company that specializes in supply chain management and warehousing services.Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and processing inbound shipment documents
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with forwarders to assign parking bays for Full Container Load (FCL) containers
• Flag any damaged materials in SAP and collaborate with customers to resolve the issues
• After warehouse personnel place materials in their designated locations, finalize the shipment and upload scanned documents to the customer portal
• Maintain proper filing of all inbound shipment documents
• Update the material locations in SAP based on customer requests
• Create export summaries using Excel for outbound DAP shipments
• Release cargo to forwarders when they arrive for collection at the warehouse
• Participate in safety meetings and conduct monthly safety site walks within the warehouse

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics industry
• Good knowledge of 5S Concept
• Possess GCE \'O\' Level
• Strong communications skills
• IT savvy
