• Position Title: Warehouse Executive/ Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Changi North (Transportation provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and ensure the correct receipt of inventories, proper put-away and to pick inventories in a timely manner to support production
• Responsible for the operations of all warehousing including stock control, movements and security
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of warehousing to ensure the efficient usage of goods, proper stock rotation and movement of goods, as well as ensuring security in the warehouse
• Plan, manage and ensure proper storage of goods and utilization of warehouse space
• Receiving and issuing of stock
• Pick and pack products for delivery
• Conduct physical monthly cycle stock count and report inventory variances
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
• Handle ad-hoc projects
• Oversee and manage all warehouse equipment, tooling and chemical solvents to maintain their condition that is fit for use and compliant with safety, health and environmental requirement
• Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, with strong knowledge of stock control and movements.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, conducting physical stock counts, and maintaining proper housekeeping to comply with safety requirements.
