Monitor warehouse operations service provided by the 3PL & become “best-in-class” within the Louis Vuitton warehouse network
Secure accurate and precise inventory management (cycle counting, stock cleaning)
Guarantee warehouse operations are compliant with Louis Vuitton Logistic Core Model
Ensure adequacy between business needs and resources available (collaboration with the Supply Chain team)
Participate in process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency
Keep adapting the processes to better take into account the store needs & optimize operations in store. Handle store feedback and implement corrective actions when needed
Take part in budget preparation and projection
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Work extensively with WMS to monitor day-to-day activities
Review parameters setup to cater different operational needs
Implement new process flow in WMS with proper system flow design
Maintain WMS referential in collaboration with Central team
Vendor Management
Secure good communication and efficient relationships with our vendors
Project Management
Drive successful end-to-end implementation – from design to implementation
Responsible for the project management and success of each implementation. The range of projects varies from standard to highly complex/customized solutions
Develop UAT for operation and induction to operation on system
Drive change management efforts
Plays a strategic role in collaboration with business, cross functional stakeholders during project/ testing/ development to ensure scope, plan and rollout is aligned with key project / deliverables
