Perform day-to-day operational aspects of e-commerce platforms and WMS system including inventory & logistics management, product information, user experience, order fulfilment and customer service.
E-commerce order processing, including picking, scanning and releasing the items to delivery team, preparation of Proof of Delivery (POD).
Regular follow-up and provide timely feedback on customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiry, disputes and complaints.
Serve as contact point between Transport Planner and Customer. Prepare the necessary documentation so as to release the items to drivers.
Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and order enquiries.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other equivalent field of studies
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the logistics industry
At least 1 year of experience in 3PL as well as warehousing
Have good knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Customer oriented & team player
Able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders
Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications
Problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure where needed
