Job Responsibilities:

Monitor daily export general operations to meet customer demands effectively.
Collaborate with customer service team and provide guidance to third-party vendors regarding special handling requirements for exports to meet customer expectations.
Thoroughly review individual workfiles to guarantee no discrepancies exist.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and oversee housekeeping tasks.
Perform 100% physical cargo casemark checks against the workfile.
Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals.
Work as a cohesive team to ensure the completion of daily tasks.
Enforce safety, security, and quality rules and regulations among all warehouse staff to ensure full compliance with company requirements.
Coordinate with internal customer service team and designated service providers for day-to-day export warehouse operations
