Job Title - Warehouse Facility Maintenance Assistant Manager / Engineer

• Bonus: AWS + VB + Salary increment
• Work Location: Tuas
• Transport pick-up from: Jurong Point (Boon Lay MRT)
• Workdays: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures building, machineries, equipment and fire protection, security system are well maintained and in the safe working condition by performing preventive maintenance planning, ensures schedules works and improvement projects are carried out promptly and completed in optimum time to shorten operations down time and reduce productivity loss.
• Manages vendors and suppliers to optimise service performance and costs for repair, service and maintenance of equipment and purchasing of office and warehouse supplies.
• Evaluates and performs risk assessment to eliminate health, safety and security related risks, ensures all M&E installations, existing and new equipment in the facility complied to applicable local workplace and fire safety requirements.
• Performs incident investigations and address any non-compliance pertaining to health, safety and security regulations and procedures.
• Leads and administers Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program to maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for the facility in accordance to corporate guidelines and local country legislations.
• Coordinates with the Fire Safety Manager, assess fire safety system against SCDF standards and regulations.
• Coordinates with the Workplace Safety Health Officer, conducts regular inspections, risks/hazards assessments, incident investigations and reports.
• Coordinates facility security measures for the safe protection of employees and company properties, audits and evaluates security guarding services.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum possess a Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; experience in Logistics industry is ideal.
• Technical knowledge in the maintenance of building, vehicles, equipment, furniture, fittings, ventilating & air-conditioning / fire protection and security alarm systems is required.
• Possess good planning, organizing, reporting, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications are essential with advanced skills in Excel
