About the Role

We are looking for a

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

to support daily operations through effective inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse organization. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the Operations Manager (OM) and field teams to ensure operational equipment, PPE, and materials are properly managed, prepared, and delivered for deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operations inventory, including tools, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and PPE Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and asset tracking Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of equipment Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and inventory reconciliation Coordinate logistics for operational equipment, including packing, loading, unloading, and transport preparation Support movement of equipment between the warehouse, office, vessels, and deployment sites Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and arranging equipment and materials Assist with loading and unloading of equipment into transport vehicles Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager (OM) on daily logistics and operational needs Support scheduling of equipment pickup, meeting times, and transport arrangements Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics execution

Requirements

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational tasks Comfortable with physical, hands-on work, including manual handling of equipment Basic experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination Able to work independently while coordinating closely with operations teams

Basic understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements Valid driving licence and experience driving vans or trucks Experience coordinating transport schedules and vehicle movements Familiarity with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or asset tracking tools * Experience working in industrial, marine, offshore, or engineering environments
