We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics. Reporting to our Project Coordination & Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely and compliant shipping and receiving processes. You'll play a key role in optimizing warehouse efficiency, supporting logistics coordination, and contributing to a safe and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Logistics
Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing and verifying shipping documents (e.g., packing lists, delivery orders, airway bills).
Coordinate with couriers and freight providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Inventory & System Management
Perform timely item receipt on NetSuite.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements daily to support seamless stocktaking and audits.
Warehouse Organization & Housekeeping
Pack, unpack, sort, and store goods in an organized and accessible manner.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines.
Managing urgent and high-priority deliveries under tight timelines.
Ensuring proper storage and organisation of inventory to optimise space and workflow efficiency.
Stock Accuracy & Reporting
Conduct regular cycle counts and support full stocktake activities.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly.
Manage inventory data integrity, including locations, bins, and item classifications in NetSuite.
Process Improvement & Support
Assist in streamlining warehouse workflows and improving storage efficiency.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned
Who You Are

You are a reliable and physically capable logistics professional with a hands-on approach to warehouse operations. You are comfortable working independently, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in maintaining accurate records and a well-managed workspace.
Experience & Education:
You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. A background in inventory control, goods handling, or shipping coordination is highly valued. A minimum of Secondary or ITE education is required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented:
You are comfortable using inventory management systems like NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools helps you stay organized and efficient.
Physically Ready & Safety-Focused:
You're physically fit and able to lift and move items up to 20kg. You're also safety-conscious and understand the importance of proper handling, storage, and warehouse ergonomics.
Clear Communicator & Team Player:
You can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. You work well independently but also know how to collaborate with teammates and other departments.
Organized & Detail-Driven
: You have strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. You take pride in keeping things accurate, tidy, and on schedule.
Adaptable & Eager to Learn:
You're a fast learner who's open to new systems, processes, and challenges. You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
