Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Plan and manage logistics operations including transportation, delivery schedules, and route optimization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports on inventory, logistics performance, and operational efficiency. Handle issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies in shipments. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
