Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Able to analyze data and generate report.
• Advance knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Experience in start-up management of warehouse is an advantage.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System, MS Office, and other data entry software.
• Preferably with 3PL logistics work experience.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Leadership Skills
• Time Management and keen to details
• Good communication skills
• Flexible to visit and be assigned to different warehouse locations.

Brief Description of the job: WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

• Organize and ensure implementation of work onsite.
• Prepare work plan and work deployment arrangement
• Monitor warehouse progress and manage performance of the warehouse operation.
• Monitor irregular conditions and keep tracking the work optimization. Ensure safety in the warehouse and organize regular inspection to prevent any hazards or accidents.
• Ensure preventive measures are being implemented to avoid any dangers or threat to the safety of the goods and/or warehouse employees.
• Participate in warehouse layout design and all kinds of preparation including the advance planning for the initial move-in

LEADERSHIP

• Ensure warehouse team are competent to take part in the warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with HR and give recommendation in giving applicable training for warehouse employees to improve work output.
• Ensure warehouse team are strictly following and in compliance with company's standard policies and procedure, rules and regulations.
• Maintaining good working relationship with the management team, customers, suppliers, and warehouse team.
• Prepare KPI of the warehouse team and ensure meeting the target.

Job Type: Full-timePay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
