About this opportunity

As the

Warehouse Manager for iTero Fulfillment in the APAC region

, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely shipment of iTero scanners and related products to end customers and local distribution hubs. You will manage inventory levels, warehouse processes, and RMA activities, including repairs, replenishments, and spare parts planning to support internal teams and external customers.
In addition, you will lead the kitting, pairing, and packing processes for finished goods destined for APAC customers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational excellence.

Role expectations

In this role, you will...

Manage end to end warehouse operations for iTero products across the APAC region. Oversee daily outbound shipments to customers and local hubs, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with regional regulations. Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and execute replenishment strategies. Lead RMA processes, including receiving, tracking, repairing, and returning units to customers or stock. Manage the planning, availability, and distribution of spare parts to internal teams and external customers. Supervise kitting, pairing, labeling, and packing of finished goods according to defined quality and operational standards. Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and traceability of all warehouse transactions. Implement and maintain 5S/lean processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse. Coordinate with logistics partners, customs brokers, and internal teams (Planning, Quality, Customer Support, Service) to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regional regulatory requirements. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture. Manage the team of professional and technical levels from the fulfilment organization, such as (but not limited to): Warehouse personnel Import Export specialist QA lead

In this role, you'll need ...

Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent degree in logistics / Quality / Supply Chain At least 6 years of related experience including team management / leadership Proficient English (spoken and written) Proficient experience with SAP or other types of ERP systems Experience in generating and monitoring Corrective and/or Preventive Actions Teamwork oriented

Desired

Experience in medical area preferred Project management experience Data Analytics capabilities
