They are looking for:
- Warehouse Manager
- Set up of new Warehouse location from scratch
- Manage all warehouse human resources
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse areas and observe proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods.
- Prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer issues on product preparation before dispatch
- Manage customs bonding procedure & other relevant compliance requirements
- Ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines
- Prepare and monitor budgets according to plan and ensure maximum utilization of logistics resources
- Develop & effectively implement warehouse and inventory monitoring systems
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the manager and leadership on inventory levels, P&L, issue resolution
- Develop standard operating procedures and ensure stakeholders are informed and trained. Include sustaining processes
- Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints
- SAP knowledge is a must
