Your Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our Distribution Centre\'s daily activities. Make sure all orders are processed on time accurately. SINGAPOREAN ONLY MAY APPLY.

Available location: Tampines/ Jalan Buroh (Choose 1)

What Will You Do

• Leading a team of supervisors and assistances/contractors on day to day basis
• Hands-on in picking/packing duties if needed, make sure all orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis
• Handling customer accounts with zero complaints and operating warehouse operation at cost-saving with maximum productivity and great efficiency
• Support the Management / Manages with any assigned special projects and in a specific task, and complete them within the timeline
• Maintain inventory physical stock and keep track of damaged goods at 100% accuracy. Escalate unresolved discrepancies/ issues to immediate superior for further actions
• Take charge of monitoring and taking disciplinary actions against subordinates with poor performance and attendance

What Do We Want

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• Comfortable working in a non-aircon environment
• 5.5 days (8.30am-6pm, Saturday half day)
• Comfortable working in shift hours during peak periods (Festive seasons)
• Ability to converse both in English and Mandarin to liaise with PRC/Chinese contractors.
• MUST HAVE 3PL experiences
