• Work scheduling.
• Training and retraining of workers in respect of knowledge, skill and behaviour.
• Working process flow and working system and performance KPI.
• Daily management and statistical reports.
• Perform coordination of shipment fulfilment activities; maintain accurate shipping records in accordance with department procedures.
• Manage inventory through timely and accurate inventory update in warehouse management system daily.
• Achieve timely fulfilment of every order. Ensure timely and accurate monthly billing. Perform stock allocation with First in First out principle for outgoing orders.
• Generate required shipping documents and labels communication packing requirement to warehouse for picking & packing.
• Check & verify shipping documents are duly endorsed as proof of release and delivery.
• Provide timely update on inbound & outbound to customer.
• Ability to perform hands-on operational tasks.
• Maintaining clear records and effective and clear communication always.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Min. 5 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Managerial role
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Inventory Management.
• Technological savvy in automatic and digitalized machines and systems.
• Fleet management experience
• Good EQ and communication skills in worker management and supervision.
• Systematic, logical, disciplined, good housekeeping skill.
• System and procedure, SOPs continual improvements.
• Effective and proactive communications.
• Teamwork spirit and morale.
• Meticulous and resourceful.
• Analytical and able to problem solve independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
