Adecco is partnering a global logistics and supply chain management company, specializes in freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services across various industries!The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management company, we are looking for Warehouse Operation Supervisor to join their business! Reporting to the Operation Manager, based at client site located at Jurong Island, where you will oversee a team and manage daily operation.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West Region, Jurong Island
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Daily Warehouse Operations Supervision: Conduct toolbox meeting. Responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations covering the customers business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record, and documentations
• Team Management and Development: Training and development of team members ensuring job compliance, discipline, and quality work
• Inventory Accuracy and Audits: Perform monthly and yearly audit and stocktake. Ensure high accuracy level of inventory and accountability
• Internal and External Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate between different internal functions and external stakeholders to ensure quick response to issues
• Warehouse Space Optimization and 5S Compliance: Optimize warehouse space and adopt good 5S housekeeping to adhere to all Schenker\'s Standard Operating Procedures and Site HSSE requirements
• Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operational processes in line with corporate strategy and customer requirements

The Talent:

• Comfortable to wear PPE, working in Chemical Plant
• At least 5 years of warehouse and inventory experience
• Proven track record of leadership
