Job Description
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,650
- Annual Wage Supplement
- Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
- Annual Leave
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Location: Benoi Sector (with 2-way company transport at Jurong East & Boon Lay MRT)
- Well-known 3PL MNC firm with great career progression
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff
- Ensure that the customers\' expectations are met, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
- Customer complaint management
- Uphold inventory integrity
- Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement
- Documentation of work instructions
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
