Warehouse Operations Manager (healthcare, West)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound and storage operations
- Develop and implement warehouse management strategies and programs
- Lead and provide guidance on business development support, cold chain management, certification & SOP standards
- In-charge of supply chain operations for managing health-related products and medical devices according to GDP & GDPMDS standards
- Manage key customers\' expectation with KPIs
- Lead and involve in projects assigned
- Preparation of warehouse and inventory reports
- Develop new service solutions & projects for improvement
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, GMP as well as international standards
- Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirement
- Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or equivalent
- At least 5 years of warehouse/ supply chain operations experience
- Prior working experience in GDP or GMP environment will be an added advantage
