Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,700 (depending on relevant exp)
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (up to 2 Months)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8am to 5.45pm
• Location: Greenwich Drive (Hougang / Tampines area)
• Well-known 3PL MNC firm with great career progression

Responsibilities:

• Manage department operations to meet customer business requirements, including order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Lead team of 40-60 pax in daily operations.
• Train and develop staff to ensure job compliance, maintain discipline, and achieve high-quality work output.
• Prepare and report management KPIs for timely review and strategic planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to address their needs and improve service delivery.
• Perform cycle count/manage inventory.
• Handle data entry (usage of WMS).
• Perform 5S in the warehouse.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
• Assign tasks to staff and manage scheduling to optimize workflow.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics administration and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain staff discipline and welfare.
• Enforce safety and compliance as per SOP.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Experienced in leading a team of 20 pax or more
